Facelift and refresh of the Byron Bay Screenprinters website.

The Solution

The client had a pre existing website last updated in 2013. Unfortunately it was not responsive and looked quiet dated, particularly on tablets and phones.


The priority request of the client was to make it responsive and research showed more people are viewing sites on smart devices than ever before. Much of the original content was able tone used but tweaked when necessary. A clean, easy to navigate site was developed to cater for all levels of users. The ability to call and email at the press of a button from the secondary header was added.


An accordion style FAQ section was added to allow for an uncluttered look yet still providing essential information.


Finally, a ‘smart’ form was created on the contact page. Utilising conditional logic, a set particular set of questions would appear based on whether the respond wanted to ask a general question or request a quote. The responses would be emailed to BBS to be actioned ASAP.
